BLINDED RAIN: Album preplay, singles, cover art and tracklist

Finnish HardRockMetal-band Blinded Rain has revealed the cover art and tracklist of the forthcoming album "Destination Unknown" in band´s Myspace site.The album track "Not Your Hero" is also available now for pre-listening in www.myspace.com/blindedrain. Album preplay takes place in Nocturnal Tears metal show of Radio FMR in France 2.4, 9.4,16.4 and 23.4.2008 and the station is also streaming the shows in internet http://www.radio-fmr.net/live/. Album will be distributed by Megarock Distribution Ab and the second internet single "Sandcastle Star" will be available for pre-listening at the album release date on the 23rd of April 2008. Biography

The story of Blinded Rain began in 2004 when Kaide found himself wondering what to do with the bunch of songs he had written. Songs did not fit to the style of existing band and after a few seconds thinking the answer was clear.

It was time to do something new and as the outcome the first line-up of Blinded Rain (Kaide, Tapsu on drums, J. Partanen on bass) was recording the first Blinded Rain album Time ? already in the beginning of 2005 (released 2005-10-14).

The existing Blinded Rain line-up saw daylight in January 2006 (Leonard on drums, Günther on bass). New line-up started rehearsing for gigs and band noticed soon that music was moving to a bit heavier direction.

Band was very satisfied with the new songs that arised and decided to enter the studio next autumn for recording Vampire MCD. Vampire was recorded at Sundicoop studio in Savonlinna in September-October 2006 and it was released on the 13th of December 2006.

At the moment Blinded Rain is playing gigs and writing new material to the next album.
