In september 2006 two metalhead guitar players got together through an online musicians community. Räsänen and Asikainen discussed briefly about each others' interest of forming a band. The decision was fuck yeah!
Soon it was crucial to find other musicians also. Asikainen took a phone call to his old drummer friend Pohtinen who decided to join after the first rehearsals.
Naturally there was also need for a bass player and a vocalist. After several candidates and practising sessions Kukkonen was finally chosen for playing bass.
The last (but not least) who joined the band was Mr. Roivas. He announced his interest towards Bloodpath through muusikoiden.net. After his first rehearsals there was no doubt who were going to be the vocalist. His brutal voice fit like a fist in the ass!
Bloodpath was finally formed, prepare for Thrash attack!!
