GraVil

Biography

The members consist of Gra a metal head from Essex, UK & Vil a classically
trained multi instrumentalist originally from Finland (but who's life took
him from Finland to Portugal, Portugal to Germany and then finally to
London, UK)

After meeting in a small band in 2005 wherein all of the writing was done
by the duo, GraVil decided it'd be cool to start a project with only the
pair of them involved. The music was written on the entirely selfish basis
that we'd write and record exactly what they wanted to hear, completely
unpolluted by other prying eyes and ears. They hoped on this basis people
would in turn enjoy the sound they creat5ed.

They were to be proven right...

After an extended amount of time they worked hard writing and recording in
Vil's home studio and achieved what they both believed to be a
considerable project. Shortly after GraVil started up a myspace page to
see what people thought of what they had created. The response was ground
breaking and people blitzed the page with positive feedback and comments.
So much so infact, it was decided GraVil would compile four songs into a
small e.p. created for the people that had asked for a CD and further more
for those that had kept in touch and pushed us to keep recording (all of
whom we thank) This became the 'Something Worth Chasing E.P."

Now they continue to write and record, each track sounding better than the
last. Every element of the alternative genre is covered by the duo in some
way or another and has resulted in the band being dubbed "Doom", "Black
Metal", "Death Metal" and "Thrash Metal" among other titles
