PONIES TO KILL was formed sometime in 2006 by lead vocalist and guitarist Vesa. Main- idea is simply to play music that feels good, sounds good and kicks like a mule aired live!! In this case it means metal- flavoured rock music with strong melodies and slight retrovibe. Some sort of influences of this harder edge can be found from 70..s to the date. So if you ever liked Zeppelin, Purple, Metallica, Billy Idol or Ozzy, here is your ride to heaven (or wherever each of you may roam)!! Current line up for Ponies to Kill was established 2007. Every player knew each other from some connections before the band, so joining the flock was as natural as having a beer or few after a sauna. First rehearsals with whole Ponies to Kill- band took place in Helsinki summer 2007. ..Cos there were already at least full album worth finished songs waiting before the rehearsals, it didn..t take too much time for the band to be set go! Ponies To Kill- myspacesite is now open and band is ready to hit the stages!! So expect nothing less than a great rockshow when ever these wild horses hit the town!!
