As these projects are way too expensive and time-consuming for us, we decided after our previous effort, Lifeless, that Infection will be our last demo (for clarification, by demo we mean self-paid release; if someone was to sign us, of course well continue).That meant endless amount of blood, sweat and tears. We started composing the songs for the demo on December 2005, and finished the project 2nd of September, 2007. What happened between that time was continuous editing, composing, producing and generally aiming for the best possible product. During that time we also concluded our current line-up.S

Random Mullet is about quality. Random Mullet is about commitment. Random Mullet is about originality. That's what we wish for you to hear on our newest demo, Infection. As these projects are way too expensive and time-consuming for us, we decided after our previous effort, Lifeless, that Infection will be our last demo (for clarification, by demo we mean self-paid release; if someone was to sign us, of course we'll continue).

Short history

Random Mullet was formed in Fall 2004, when we, founding members Henri and Raine, got the idea of doing the most unique and craziest stuff there is, with still keeping it catchy and accessible (kind of a paradox, eh?) We started composing material that included elements from many music styles, from extreme metal to jazz.

In the first half of 2005, we started writing and rehearsing new, original songs. We went to studio in June 2005 and our previous demo, Lifeless, was released that September. Lifeless was very well received by both public and media. That motivated us to do even better job writing this demo and we hope you will enjoy Infection.
