AMORPHIS: SILENT WATERS ´Album of the Year´ in UNRESTRAINED Magazine

AMORPHIS recently landed the #1 spot for Unrestrained! magazine’s Top Albums of 2007 list with their “Silent Waters” release. Editor Tate Bengtson commented, "We are thrilled to have AMORPHIS’ ‘Silent Waters’ land the top spot in the Unrestrained! Top Albums of 2007 List. AMORPHIS' new album, "Silent Waters", entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 44. Released in North America on September 18, the CD is the second AMORPHIS album to feature singer Tomi Joutsen (SINISTHRA). It was recorded at Sonic Pump studios in Helsinki, Finland. Mixing duties were handled by Mikko Karmila (NIGHTWISH, STRATOVARIUS) at Finnvox studios.
