Former SENTENCED Guitarist Joins Forces With HIM Producer In KYPCK

Former SENTENCED guitarist Sami Lopakka (a.k.a. S.S. Lopakka) has resurfaced in KYPCK ("Kursk" in the western alphabet), a Russian-singing Finnish doom metal band which will release its debut album, "Cherno", on March 12 via UHO Production. The group's song "1917" has just been released as a digital single.

KYPCK also features in its ranks renowned producer Hiili Hiilesmaa (HIM, APOCALYPTICA, SENTENCED, etc.), who plays drums in the band under the name K. H. M. Hiilesmaa.
