NIGHTWISH: Fall 2008 VIP Tickets Going Fast

VIP tickets for NIGHTWISH's fall 2008 concerts in Philadelphia, PA (Aug. 29); Worcester, MA (Aug. 30); Cleveland, OH (Sep. 4); San Francisco, CA (Sep. 12); and Austin, TX (Sep. 17) are sold out and only regular tickets are available for these shows.

VIP tickets are still available in small quantity for these dates:

Sep. 01 - Montreal, QUE @ Metropolis
Sep. 13 - Los Angeles, CA @ The Wiltern
Sep. 27 - New York, NY @ Nokia Theater

In other news, NIGHTWISH is finalizing the time period to return to North America in 2009 for what looks to be a springtime tour.

"The Islander", the new single from NIGHTWISH, will be released on May 21 and will include the following tracks:

01. The Islander
02. Escapist (instrumental version)
03. Meadows Of Heaven (orchestral version)

Additionally, it will include the videos for "The Islander" and "Bye Bye Beautiful".

The video for "The Islander" was shot last autumn in Rovaniemi, Finland and was directed by Stobe Harju.
