KILL THE ROMANCE: Exit Toni, statements from both sides

KILL THE ROMANCE has issued the following update on their official website:

"Hi, We're very sad to announce that Toni has decided to leave from Kill The Romance. There's a lot of things going on as Toni explains in his statement below. It was truly precedence to have Toni in this band and it's truly loss for us to have to let him go. I and rest of the band respects his decision and his loyality to admit and say it straight. One year total fucking mayhem on stage!! We never can't thank you enough!!!

But in other hand, We're very proud to announce that our new bassman will be the main songwriter and mainchief of Misery Inc. Mr. Janne Tolonen!! It was very clear for us that we're not going to take in any new guy. Janne has been a friend of us for a long time and it's very easy to take next step in Romance's history when this guy is standing next to us. One of the main reasons is that we know his skills, his attitude and his musical interests. Janne is going to join to our stagerage crew in september. He has already played the bass for our upcoming single!!

TONI'S STATEMENT

About 1 month ago I decided to leave from Kill The Romance. There's so much going on in my life at the moment that it's impossible to give to the band what it deserves, one hundred fucking procents!! This desicion was extremely hard to make because all the reasons are coming from my personal life. There's absolutely not anykind of bad blood or different aspects in musical interests between me and the rest of the guys. One year in this band gave me so much! Fast and technical songs, new friends and great gig memories. Particularly Seinäjoki and Kuopio have a special place in my Romance history. But unfortunately now it's time to say goodbye. Thank you Mika, Tomi, Ville H and Ville P. I also wanna thank Kokkonen, drunkard Teemu and that crazy bastard from Full Diesel that I had an opportunity to play and drink with you!!! And the last.. thanks all the fanboys and girls of Romance!! You rule!! Respect and heil Kill The Romance!!
