I know that case, i have heard, These 2 guys guitarist & drummer stole the name of the band, exatly they are criminals, they also lied in to recordcompany about songwritings and unfortunately faked information of songwritings have already printed in the booklet of the bands debut album, they also conterfeided part of the record-deal contract, they tried to cheat also in TEOSTO, moreover they stole Magdalenas property, About These 2 guys, they think that they own the band name, own the debut album rights, own the copyrights & everything concerning the band. From the beginning they have only lied, cheated, extorted, threatened to the original band founders & songwriters....
   
   Is that fair game?
   I really hope that justice & law will fix all the iniquities

   I wonder if this mysterious ?just one friend? has any evidence on what he is claiming? Those are serious harassments if arguments are not true. I think it is very strange that such comments are published by Metal from Finland at first place.
   
   By the way, I just opened tearsofmagdalena.com and the site seems to be under construction. Why do you guys think the site is hacked?

10. It was end of 2005 when I, your humble narrator Vasstago met Magdalena and we falled in love and it was our first christmas togehter. During this birhtday of Jesus we decided to found the band with Magdalena and name the project "Tears Of Magdalena".
    
    The whole idea for the pseudonym name "Magdalena" was that WOMAN will do all composing because as you know, church has always displaced women and Magdalena name comes too from her real name "Lena" and she have used her pseudonym in the past too. "Tears Of Magdalena" describes Magdalenas composing work born inside her sensitive and emotional heart.
    
    Finally beginning of 2006 I started to do first drafts of lyrics for Magdalena and she started to do immediately song drafts in her home studio. We thought it would be wonderful to join my throat voice with Magdalenas dramatic soprano voice and make brilliant powerful melodic gothic / fantasy metal.

14. Magdalena Lee is ex-member and got boot in band Tears of Magdalena because she did not do anything in the band! She name is not "Magdalena Lee" actually her real name is "Helena" in Finnish. Peuge found band Tears of Magdalena.. so that´s the truth!!

    - WHO HAVE COMPOSED ALL MUSIC IN THE ALBUM AND WHO HAVE MADE ALL LYRICS (COPYRIGHT)
    answers:
    1) Magdalena have composed all songs and Vasstago wrote all lyrics, except the devil (Magdalena & Vasstago)
    2) Magdalena and Vasstago have arranged all songs too
    3) Four (4) songs were already done before we even knew Tomi and Peuge (since beginning of 2006 except the song devil was made 10 years ago, the lyrics Made by Magdalena & Vasstago), Tomi and Peuge joined in the band in spring 2007.
    
    
    
    - WHO HAVE FOUND THE BAND AND WHO CAME UP THE BAND NAME
    answers:
    1) band have found by Magdalena & Vasstago since beginning of 2006
    2) Magdalena Lee decided her pseudonym and vasstago came up & decided "Tears Of " before we knew Tomi and Peuge
    3) There was also many other work names f.e "Dream Liturgia", "Black Oratorio" etc.... and "tears of magdalena" by magdalena & Vasstago but never mind, who cares !!!

16. False news are authored by band's ex members, Vasstago and Magdalena Lee.
    All songs are written by 'Tears of Magdalena' (the whole band!)
    Tomi and Peuge has arranged all the songs.
    Magdalena Lee´s name was "Lena Lee" before whole band was found by Peuge and Tomi. After we had decided the band name Tears of Magdalena, Lena Lee began called herself "Magdalena Lee".
