Annual Finnish Metal Awards are coming soon...

On Friday, February 13th (what a Metal date!), the Finnish Metal Awards will reward the best of Finnish metal in 2008. Cast your vote at http://www.imperiumi.net/fma starting December 1st. If you’re a fan of Finnish metal, make your vote count!

The voting page is in Finnish, but here are some instructions for you. There are no prequalified nominees in the balloting, so you can enter your own favourites to each of these categories:

LEVY (Album of the year) - enter artist's/band's name in the 1st field, album's name to the 2nd.

BÄNDI (Band of the year) - enter band's name.

TULOKAS (Newcomer of the year) - enter artist's/band's name.
- Only those who released their debut album during 2008 apply. No web releases, no self-financed albums)

KANSITAIDE (Album cover art of the Year) - enter artist's/band's name in the 1st field, album's name to the 2nd.

SOITTAJA (Musician of the year) - enter musician's name.
- No vocalists, they have their own category!

LAULAJA (Vocalist of the year)  - enter singer's name.

PARAS DEMOYHTYE (Best underground act) - enter band's name
- Only those without a recording deal apply.
