SENTENCED on Metal Express Radio tonight

Norway's Metal Express Radio have issued the following update with regard to today's (Thursday, April 23rd) Special Feature broadcast:

"From the cold and icy winters of Finland back in 1989 rose a beast. In its first years, with survival intent, it went only for the kill with death metal mayhem. But, in 1995, something changed and the beast calmed down and started to weep. Since then it produced depressive, suicidal, even gothic like of heavy metal. In both eras Sentenced left its mark on the metal world, until 2005 when the group decided it was time to split up and take one's way.

As previously reported, former Sentenced guitarist Miika Tenkula was found dead in his home on Thursday, February 19th. Tenkula was 35 years old. Cause of death has not been released.
