   I had tickets for the Elf Fantasy Fair from which I could chose between this one and the version earlier this year. Unfortunatelly, I chose the first one in Biddinghuizen --'. I really could hit myself when I found out that Tarja would come to Arcen.

    I agree. I hate when backing vocals are louder than Tarja's. It happened also during The Seer in Belgrade last year. Ruined the song completely to me. Her sound engineers suck. They also ruined Kinslayer each and every time. :-(

20. TheSeer: Yep, I noticed the same thing at the concert and it was very irritating. Something else that I was annoyed by was that I missed the guitar solo because the basses (not only the bass guitar, but all the low pitches) were mixed so booming loud. That's what I HATE about concerts. I had to push my plugs as deeply into my ears as I could to achieve a decent sound.
    
    Another thing I've noticed (but not only at this concert) is that Tarja tends to not sing notes out fully at the end of a line, often she only sings the note/syllable shortly, then lets the pitch drop and stops. Even when the note is originally sustained longer. It makes her appear out of breath.

    HaHa!!! Deep Silent Complete was one of the last songs, and she did it so great!! actually she did it "softer", and more mainstream (in a vocal way) which is a very hard thing to do (she could have done the usual dramatic-operistic version, which is easier to sing)... it seems like she improving her technique, and her voice sounds better than ever before!!! unlike a certain granny that I know, which "sings" in a certain band called Fartwish... XD
    And Tired Of Being Alone was great too... I love her!! HaHa, yes I'm a Tarjahoilc, so what? ... XP

29. @hi, yes it was performed live for the first time, but it was recorded and released on Schiller's album 3 years ago. This song was even pre-nominated for Grammy. I do not know if it a good thing about it or not, but it is just extra information you might like to know.

This is a way Tarja reminds us (involuntary, perhaps) how Nightwish's music once was. Not "hep, hep" and "waaaayyyy" and "Lorieeeeheeheeen".
