MFF-SHOP: Learn Finnish-design available
23.10.2009
Well this time our new design was based on a little help from our fans back in MFF page at Facebook. Definately not sure whether our little Finnish dictionary would actually help anyone but it sure was fun to make! Usually when we have released a new design we have included photos of the shirts but since the design is basically full of text, we simply couldn't get good quality pictures enough.
But we have checked from many places that the font-size used in the design is big enough so if and when you decide to purchase this design, you'll have the text readable in your shirt. Even though we won't put picturse of the shirts itself, we will release the texts written in the design. Watch the image below. In the future we might be doing "one-slogan" designs but we are not 100% sure yet. Let's see what happens.

Nice idea. But there's so much to read! I'm not sure I would like someone stuck looking at my shirt for ages striving to read it through! Especially if you don't wear an XXL size. That can be pretty boring and embarrassing.
MFF Staff: I see your point. Well in that case you might be interested of our one-liner designs we'll bring at some point...not too much text on those. Basically just one sentence and an explanation for it.

In reference to sisu....
I don't think that Finn would be so drunk anymore after walking 25km unless he had an extra bottle or two in his jacket. :D
MFF Staff: In fact that Finn referred on that design was me. I walked that 25 kilometres in the middle of winter. And I didn't have any extra booze with me so you are right...I was totally sober when I eventually made it back home :)

Lol @ Tero. But I do feel sorry for you.
The text is really nice and funny. I want one!
MFF Staff: No need to be sorry :) I was very drunk and even more stubborn than drunk. I simply decided to walk home :) But ever since that I kinda lost the interest for walking XD

I love it! I know this would only add to the text, but I'd like a pronunciation guide, too!
MFF Staff: In the first version I had the pronunciation guide too but the thing is that in finnish you pronounce as it is written so it would have been like
SUKSI VITTUUN [suksi vittuun] [fuck off] so it wouldn't have made much sense.

im still in highschool and i love showing my finnish metal pride! Unfortunatley, the use of fuck words on here would get me in big trouble. i know this sounds really lame, but is there any way you could edit this shirt or make another design for a "school and other events appropriate" shirt? lol now finally my teacher could understand my back talk...
MFF Staff: We promise to think about making a design with less f**k words :)

Great idea:
villavali: I wouldn't mind if a (well-endowed) girl watched such a shirt because then I'd had an excuse for staring at her boobs ;-)
